We supply a 30 days money back gurantee for all products from out website. The returned product should be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in pristine condition. All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. Please send an email or call us to get a RMA number (Return Merchandize Authorization) and proper shipping instructions before sending us a product. We are not responsible for items lost due to you not following directions.
We will confirm product condition before we issue a refund for any returned product. We regret that we do not refund the original shipping fees associated with shipping your product. We can only refund the total value of the product. Once a product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3 business days. We can only promise to initiate the refund process with our payment processor. It is up to your credit card company to accept and allocate the funds back to you. Most refunds take 1-3 weeks to process. Refunds are issued to the original account holder and the same credit card used to make the payment.
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to provide ID copy, parcel refused by recipient, etc. We’ll gladly resend your order after getting in contact with you and making new arrangements so this does not happen again. If we are at fault for an undeliverable product, we will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Otherwise, you will be held responsible.
We can also issue a refund once the package is returned to us by the shipping agent.
Exchanges are allowed only within the first 15 days of receiving your product. Under no circumstance will exchanges be allowed afterward. To initial an exchange, you can send us email to receive a RMA number and proper return instructions. An exchange is made after inspecting the returning product and receiving a full payment. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred during the exchange process.
